In this role, I led one-to-one design consultations, working closely with customers to transform their ideas into tailored kitchen and bedroom spaces. Every project required balancing aesthetics with functionality, creating layouts that reflected each customer's lifestyle while working within the practical constraints of the space.

Using in-house CAD software and virtual reality tools, I developed and presented designs in real time, allowing clients to visualise their future homes and make informed design decisions throughout the process. This collaborative approach helped build confidence in the designs and created an engaging, customer-focused experience.

Beyond the design phase, I managed projects from initial consultation through to installation. This involved coordinating with installers, customer support teams, and third-party suppliers to schedule templating, pre-fit checks, and installation works while ensuring customers remained informed at every stage of their journey.

Working within a sales-driven environment also strengthened my commercial awareness. I developed extensive product knowledge, created tailored quotations that aligned with customer budgets, guided customers through finance options where appropriate, and consistently met sales targets. My focus on building genuine relationships resulted in repeat business and customer recommendations, reflecting the trust and confidence established throughout each project.

This role strengthened my skills in spatial planning, client communication, visual presentation, project coordination, and designing practical solutions that balance user needs with business objectives.
